What is a High Performance Window?

High Performance windows are window systems that stem from European design principals that are made from thicker frame profiles which not only increases the thermal break, but also creates a large glazing rebate to allow for either double or triple glazed insulated glass. True High Performance windows should be able to on three key areas:

1) Thermal efficiency

2) High Security locking systems

3) Sound Insulation

Our range of window systems include timber, alu-clad and uPVC, which are made from thick slim-line profiles which allow for glazing rebates of up to 51mm.
This glazing rebate allows us to to install argon filled thermally insulated glass and achieve uValues as low as .8, with our highest uValue being 1.8 and our average being 1.3.

PVC VS UPVC(What is the difference)

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and UPVC (un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride) are two types of vinyl. They are widely used in the construction industry due to their versatility and flexibility to produce various shapes. However, they serve different functions. PVC is often used to make siding & fences and is not suitable for windows & doors. UPVC on the other hand is ideal for windows & doors and additionally is a fire retardant material.

FABRICATION

Fabrication of windows and doors comprises of functional areas which include job design, product specifications, quantity, and delivery commitments.
Ali Hajveri uses fabrication facility which acts as a state of the art which consists of an automated feature that helps to provide with the most accurate and precise window measures to suit your requirements. All the processes ranging from welding, cutting, routing to ultimate packing and dispatching of materials are evaluated by a well-engineered system to provide you with the product that perfectly goes with your need with the ultimate fit.

DELIVERY

Delivery is the penultimate step to final installation of windows. Our average delivery time ranges between 7 days (a week) to 20 days, depending upon the size and number of windows required.
